Give this tracking number to your PM or Supervisor. He can look it up just like I am doing and still says arriving late, still in transit. I don't know how long you have to wait to get your money from a claim when a package is lost.. You will probably need to file. I don't feel I need to give a refund on a package I shipped and the Postal Service lost. Hopefully they can track it down with other means they may have. Thanks.
