These shirts have the 2" shoulder band which would normally be ok for wear. However, if your Postmaster/Supervisor says that you may not wear these, then this would be a direct order and you would have to abide by this. Unfortunately, Rural Carriers have no "Dress Code" to speak of, therefore we must abide to your local management discretion. Check with your State Steward and it will be a good possibility that he/she may be able to get this sleeveless shirt approved in your office.
