heathered shirts December 14, 2010 Reviewer: phil burgess from westminster, SC United States   The reason the heather shirts are more comfortable is that they are 50/50 material, being 50% polyester.  Most carriers prefer not to have the blend, but had rather have the 100% cotton, as these tend to "breathe" much better. Heather shirts are the best. June 12, 2010 Reviewer: Mailgal from , Walton NY   I have boughten many of the tshirts. I find that the Heather colors are the softest of all the colors, some of the regular shirts/colors are a bit rough even after washing. The heather colors I like the feel much better.
